📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• Store chocolates and capsules in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness

🚚 Who Covers Return Shipping?

We’ve got your back when it’s our fault. Otherwise, delivery costs for remorse returns are the customer’s responsibility.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Want a different flavor, dosage, or product? Simply return your item (following the steps below) and place a new order separately.

📨 How to Start a Return

We’ll walk you through:

• Issuing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Packing your return securely for shipping
• Shipping it to the address we provide using your RMA

Please allow up to 3 business days for inspection and processing once received.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Time to reflect may vary depending on your bank or financial institution
• For international returns, a flat shipping fee may be deducted from your total refund
